1. About Uscados

Uscados is a household app that lets families and partners share everyday tasks and earn points for completing them. The service is provided by Vanami Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Uscados. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret and for everything that happens through your account. You must provide a valid email address. You must be at least 13 years old, or have a guardian’s consent, to create an account.

3. Households and invitations

Uscados is built around shared households. When you join a household, other members can see your name, profile picture and points. The household owner can remove members and manage invitations. Only share invitation codes with people you want in your household.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add, such as your profile picture. By uploading it you give us the right to store and display it within the service. Don’t upload content that is illegal, offensive, or that you don’t have the right to use. We may remove content that violates these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service — for example by trying to access other users’ data, disrupting the service, guessing invitation codes, or using the app for anything unlawful.

6. Termination

You can stop using Uscados and leave your household at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. We may discontinue the service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

7. Disclaimer

Uscados is provided “as is”, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
